Shiva's and Metta's Mother's Sutra

Oisin does not do the mope. He will try to accommodated everyone to the best of his ability. He is extremely positive and optimistic. I have never understood how he has been able to do that Oisin thing. Never. Just being constantly positive and happy and just rolling with it. It is a sort of semi miracle. Yesterday we just stayed in Gardens. We had prata in the morning and then hung out at the club. Being in the club is really cool. Then after that we had dinner at Soi Thai. It's a sort of very chilled, very decent existence. Lots of laughter and laughing. Today we will see Karen. Whom I have not seen for years and years. This should be good fun.

Day 25... I am writing from the 29th. It has been 3 days since I posted this. So much has happened since. I met Deena and Panna and Melu. I have a lot to think about. Mostly how we are all at a stage in our lives where we have more or less come to terms with what life has done for us.  With everyone, there has been compromise. I think even if I mixed with billionaires, there will also be compromise. For everyone, there has been a truce or even a sense of peace and achievement. Friends who have children have carried them over the finish line. Friends with no children, and there are many many of those, now retire with nesteggs. Everyone enters a new stage of life. We are feeling good. All my friends are still here. Which is saying something. Even those who have faced illness. Cancer, leukemia, strokes, health scares.  

Breakfast at Toast Box with Oisin... the chits and the chats... Oisin orders pork chop for Mama The pool... after a sleep and lunch...at Wok Degree 15 Me at pool... I have been swimming here since I was 15... so that's... 40 years The walk home... under the sea... Was it a fantasy? Where are you now? You were the shadow to my light... It's almost 11 am. We have had breakfast and i'm here typing.. being happy. This is my happy place. The past weekish, I have met peoples... I met Leon and Hwee Hong and Joyce and Val and Lianne and Tien Yi and today i'll see Jee Leong... It has been, as always, bitter sweet. Ghin has met a friend. Yesterday he did some modelling, discovered as it were in a shopping centre. Oisin has been working on his deals. We have been chatting. They met Adam and Vicki. And have been hanging out with Alex and Aurelia. We have been spending time with Ma and Pa...
