I HEART Dublin

Dublin is one of those cities which you have to go to - just cost it is Dublin. But when i go there, i never really know what to do.... so this time, we just WALKED. On the supercool, newly refurbished trains Travelling by the Enterprise, yes that is the name of the train between Belfast and Dublin, is SUCH a joy. It is now all new and really very comfortable. It has free wi-fi, which is very important to the boys, and they just ignored the fantastic scenery and watched their devices the whole time. I was too tired to argue. So, there. I can do gadget parent too. Who is a cute baby? Oisin spends all night putting his hair into tight curls Sometimes I help him do it. Me mom and dad, asleep It's ME!!! The last week before half term

Lepus timidus hibernica So this was the last week of the Man and Animal Main Lesson. We covered the Common Crab, the Atlantic Salmon and the Irish Hare. It was far more important for me that we did local animals because people think we have no wildlife in Ireland. No, we have no wildife, nope. We have no lions and zebras and crocodiles, so we have no wildlife. They children asked me if we could go to the zoo. I said, no. Ask your parents to bring you to the zoo. I have seen children in a zoo - they run from enclosure to enclosure and then head for the zoo cafe where the OD on ice cream and then go to the zoo shop where they spend far more time examining merchandise from China than they have looking at the animals which have been forced against their will to live in Ireland. No, we will not go to the zoo. We will instead go to Rathlin Island and Crawfordsburn and Cave Hill and the Lagan. And you won't see any animals, but you will know they are there.
