This reminds me of the Old Raffles Hotel before it all became fancified I don't know if the boys had a good time, it appears they did. So my dad asked me if we could go to Scotland and i said no. Cos i just could not face all that driving. So we decided to go to Connemara instead where i had to drive for five hours. Which is, what i suppose you'd call a compromise. So we began on the 29th. Lunch was at McDonalds... I have never been to Connemara and how did we end up here? Well, it sort of began with me looking to stay near the Rock of Cashel, but i ended up booking the wrong place - i was going to unbook it, when i thought, i would LOVE to go to this random place which seems to be so gorgeous (and it was). Plus it was in Connemara which is pony country. It was a five hour drive, which is nothing really, when you think about it. Even with my mom, dad and Oisin and Ghin.
